Voting

Can I vote more than once?

Nope. We only allow one submission of votes per email address. You can vote for multiple categories all at once!

How many ways are there to vote?

All voting is done on dinerschoice.chope.co. The site can also be accessed via chope.co or scan the exclusive Diners’ Choice QR code that can be found at some of our participating restaurants!

Can I vote for the same restaurant in more than one category?

Yes, you can! We encourage you to vote for your favourite restaurant in as many categories as you want. Don’t hold back!

I can’t find my restaurant in the search bar! What can I do?

If a restaurant you love can’t be found in the search bar, that means that it’s not a restaurant that’s transactable on Chope. Please vote for another restaurant instead!

If you’d like to see your favourite places to eat on Chope, drop by https://www.chope.co/singapore-restaurants/pages/suggestions with your suggestions!

 

Rewards

I’ve finished voting, but I haven’t received my rewards via email. What should I do?

If you’re experiencing any issues with the submission of votes, please email customersupport@chope.co. We can assist you there!

How many rewards can I get when I vote?

Vote for at least two categories and get one Order & Pay reward and choose an additional reward from our Diners' Choice rewards catalogue.

Vote for at least 4 categories to get one Order & Pay reward, choose an additional reward from our Diners' Choice rewards catalogue, plus a chance to win the grand prize.

What if the reward I want is no longer available?

Oops — fastest fingers first! The redemption of our rewards work on a "first come, first serve" basis. There are still other rewards available.

I don't like the Order & Pay reward that I received. Can I exchange it for something else?

All our rewards are non-exhangeable and non-refundable. We encourage you to utilise this reward on our Order & Pay service!

I changed my mind and don't want the perk I selected. Can I exchange it for something else?

Our rewards are non-exhangeable and non-refundable. We hope you can still utilise your perk as it's a good one!

Why did I only get the lowest Order & Pay reward?

Our perks are given out on a randomised selection. We hope you would still continue to enjoy your reward on our Order & Pay service.

 

Grand Prize

I have voted for the minimum number of categories to be eligible for a grand prize. When would I know if I've won the grand prize/prizes?

As per our T&Cs, if you're the lucky winner, you'll be contacted via email within 2 weeks from 30 November, the end of the campaign.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Grand Prize

  • The winner will receive $1,100 worth of dining vouchers from the winning merchants of all voting tegories in Diners' Choice 2022. Denomination is determined by Chope and no request for a different voucher denomination will be entertained.
  • There will be five winners, and the winners will be selected at random.
  • The winner be notified via the email used to register to vote for Diners' Choice 2022 within 2 weeks from 30 November, at the end of the campaign.
  • The winner must acknowledge the receipt of the email by 16 December 2022 to redeem the prize.
  • If the winner does not acknowledge receipt of the email from Chope by 16 December 2022, the prize will be forfeited. No correspondence or claims will be entertained in the event of such forfeiture. A participant whose prize has been forfeited shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation whatsoever from Chope.
