What is Diners’ Choice?

“We don’t judge. We let you decide.”

Chope has been bringing its community of discerning diners together to vote for their favourite restaurants since 2014. Returning from October to December 2019, Diners’ Choice 2019 represents the very best in dining, with winners chosen by the public.

I know what my favourite restaurants are — but I want to know where other people are dining at too! How can I do that?

Voting

Can I vote more than once?

Nope. We only allow one submission of votes per email address. You can vote for multiple categories all at once!

How many ways are there to vote?

All voting is done on dinerschoice.chope.co. The site can also be accessed via chope.co or scan the exclusive Diners’ Choice QR code that can be found at some of our participating restaurants!

Can I vote for the same restaurant in more than one category?

Yes, you can! We encourage you to vote for your favourite restaurant in as many categories as you want. Don’t hold back!

I can’t find my restaurant in the search bar! What can I do?

If a restaurant you love can’t be found in the search bar, that means that it’s not a restaurant that’s on Chope or ChopeDeals. Please vote for another restaurant instead!

If you’d like to see your favourite restaurants on Chope, drop by https://www.chope.co/singapore-restaurants/pages/suggestions with your suggestions!

Rewards

I’ve finished voting, but I haven’t received my rewards via email. What should I do?

If you’re experiencing any issues with the submission of votes, please email customersupport@chope.co. We can assist you there!

What if the reward I want is no longer available?

Oops — fastest fingers first! The redemption of our rewards work on a “first come, first serve” basis. There are still many other rewards from our amazing partners that you can choose from.

KrisFlyer

How to redeem:

  • The 100 KrisFlyer miles will automatically be credited to your KrisFlyer account by 31 December 2019.
  • Diners are responsible for any delays caused by the submission of inaccurate details.

T&Cs:

  • The 100 KrisFlyer miles will be credited to your KrisFlyer account by 31 December 2019.
  • Diners must be KrisFlyer members before they can redeem KrisFlyer miles.
  • Diners are required to provide their surname, forename and KrisFlyer Membership number as per their KrisFlyer account. Diners are responsible for any delays caused by the submission of inaccurate details.
  • Pooling of miles is not permitted and each KrisFlyer membership can only be utilised by one person.
  • Singapore Airlines reserves the right to cancel a KrisFlyer account and all miles in it, if it is found to be used by more than one person.
  • Miles cannot be transferred, sold or bartered.

KrisFlyer miles can be used for the following purposes:

  • Redemption of award tickets or upgrade awards on Singapore Airlines, SilkAir, Star Alliance and other partner airlines.
  • Payment for part of or the total amount of Singapore Airlines, SilkAir airfares, airport taxes and selected ancillaries purchased on singaporeair.com.
  • Payment for part of or the total amount of Scoot airfares, airport taxes and selected ancillaries purchased on FlyScoot.com at initial point of booking. For avoidance of doubt, KrisFlyer miles cannot be used to offset any further fees or purchases on "Manage My Booking" and/or at the check-in counter for Scoot flights.
  • Payment of services fees including but not limited to extension of expiring KrisFlyer miles and change of redemption nominees.
  • Payment for part of or the total amount of items purchased on krisshop.com, excluding tax, delivery charge, custom duty and postal clearance charges.
  • Payment for part of or the total value of bookings made on krisflyervrooms.com.
  • Conversion to loyalty points in partner programmes.

DBS PayLah!

How to redeem:

  1. Download and install the DBS PayLah! Application on your mobile device.
  2. Launch the DBS PayLah! Application and register for a Wallet Account for the first time.
  3. Enter the referral code on the “Enter Referral Code” page before completing the registration process on the DBS PayLah! Application.

T&Cs:

  • Promo code is only valid for new users.

Chope

How to redeem:

  1. Select/Search for your desired restaurant and dining time.
  2. Enter code during the reservation process in the promo code field.
  3. Click "Apply" to validate the promo code.
  4. Chope-Dollars will be credited to your account within 72 hours after fulfilling your reservation.
  5. Redeem Chope-Dollars on the Chope app for restaurant vouchers and other lifestyle rewards!

T&Cs:

  • Promo code is only valid for reservations made for 4 diners and above.
  • Promo code is valid for one-time use only and cannot be used in conjunction with other promo codes.
  • Reservations have to be made and fulfilled by 31 December 2019 in order to receive the additional Chope-Dollars.
  • Reservations have to be made and fulfilled via www.chope.co or the Chope app.
  • The promo code has to be applied during the reservation process in order to receive the additional Chope-Dollars.
  • Reservation cancellations and no-shows will not be awarded the Chope-Dollars.
  • Promo code extension requests will not be entertained.
  • The management reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions as necessary.

ChopeDeals

How to redeem:

  1. Select an offer from over 700 top restaurants. With deals at up to 55% off, there's plenty to choose from!
  2. Apply the relevant discount code at checkout.
  3. Upon checkout, you will receive your vouchers via email or the Chope app.
  4. At the restaurant, inform the staff that you will be using your voucher prior to ordering.
  5. Present your voucher during payment to offset your bill!

T&Cs:

  • Discount code is valid until 31 December 2019. Extensions will not be entertained.
  • Discount code is valid for one-time use only and not valid with other discount codes.
  • Discount code is redeemable at the checkout page of shop.chope.co and the latest Chope App to offset voucher purchases.
  • Discount code is not redeemable for cash.
  • Individual restaurant vouchers’ terms and conditions apply.
  • The management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions when necessary, without prior notice.

Love, Bonito

How to redeem:

  • Online redemptions: Enter your unique promo code at checkout.
  • For retail: Present your promo code at the cashier.

T&Cs:

  • Offer can be used one-time only across the promotion period, with no minimum spend from 21 October 2019 to 31 January 2020 (both days inclusive) online at www.lovebonito.com/sg (“LB Website”) and at Love, Bonito Singapore store(s) only.

How to redeem:

  • Only one Promo Code may be used at a time.

How to redeem:

  1. Go to the checkout page.
  2. Input the unique voucher code into "Voucher" and select "Apply".
  3. Select "Check out".
  4. Ensure that the unique voucher is applied before making payment.

T&Cs:

  • For new Shopee users only.
  • Valid until 31 December 2019.
  • Applicable to all products except for those in Shopee's paid ads store or under "Tickets & Vouchers" and "Miscellaneous" categories.
  • Only valid upon checkout with Shopee Guarantee.
  • One usage per Shopee account.

Lazada

How to redeem:

  1. Download the Lazada App.
  2. Add products to the cart.
  3. Enter code at checkout to enjoy the discount.

T&Cs:

  • Valid until 31 December 2019.
  • Discount may be redeemed via the Lazada iOS or Lazada Android Apps only.
  • Voucher code is applicable for single use only and cannot be combined with other codes and promotions.
  • The discount is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for any form of cash or credit.
  • Lazada reserves the right to cancel suspicious orders without prior notice. This includes voucher abuse, including vouchers redeemed using multiple accounts or multiple checkouts associated with the same customer or group of customers; and vouchers used in bad faith (resold vouchers, and vouchers used by customers to purchase products for reselling).
