Can I vote more than once?
Nope. We only allow one submission of votes per email address. You can vote for multiple categories all at once!

How many ways are there to vote?
All voting is done on dinerschoice.chope.co. The site can also be accessed via chope.co or scan the exclusive Diners’ Choice QR code that can be found at some of our participating restaurants!

Can I vote for the same restaurant in more than one category?
Yes, you can! We encourage you to vote for your favourite restaurant in as many categories as you want. Don’t hold back!

I can’t find my restaurant in the search bar!
What can I do? If a restaurant you love can’t be found in the search bar, that means that it’s not a restaurant that’s bookable on Chope. Please vote for another restaurant instead! If you’d like to see your favourite places to eat on Chope, drop by https://www.chope.co/singapore-restaurants/pages/suggestions with your suggestions!

SECRET SAUCE

How do I qualify for a Secret Sauce?
Be amongst the first 2,000 diners to submit a vote in at least 1 category to be eligible for a Secret Sauce bottle! Secret Sauce bottles will have to be picked up from the predetermined locations; details can be found in the email after you'll receive after voting.

I’ve finished voting, but I haven’t received an email regarding Secret Sauce eligibity.
What should I do? If you’re experiencing any issues with the submission of votes, please email customersupport@chope.co. We can assist you there!

Where and when do I collect my Secret Sauce, if I'm eligible?
Collection points can be found within your email; simply present your email to the staff on hand for verification. Do not share or forward your email to anyone; each redemption code can only be used once.
